Emergency response and planned care
Emergency response runs around the clock, all week, holidays included. A crew finds the opening, covers it and records what was done. The permanent repair follows in a planned visit that starts from that record. Planned care works better still. A preventive maintenance program puts a visit before the first freeze and another after the thaw, with drains cleared, seams checked and flashings reviewed, so a small defect is fixed before it spreads. The visit also leaves the owner with a dated file of what was found, which supports a warranty claim, a budget request or a sale. Owners with several buildings can put every property on one specification through a multi-site program.
Where we work
We cover the city's districts and corridors, from Metro Center and the Springfield Medical District to the State Street Corridor, Roosevelt Avenue and the industrial parks, along with neighboring Chicopee. I-91 and I-291 cross the downtown and North End, and we confirm the route and staging for each address before material is ordered. Downtown parcels often allow staging only in tenant hours, and the industrial parks need a lift plan that keeps shared drives open for neighbors.
Questions from Springfield Building Owners
What kinds of roofs do you work on?
Low-slope and metal commercial roofs, including single-ply, asphalt-based, standing seam, retrofit metal, spray foam and coated systems.
Do you work on buildings that stay open?
Yes. Jobs are phased by roof section, tenants are told what to expect and each section is sealed before the crew leaves.
What do you leave behind after a job?
A turnover record with photographs, materials used, areas repaired and any items to watch at the next inspection.
Can you help with an insurance claim?
We provide dated photographs, measurements and moisture readings that an adjuster can follow, and we state where damage was found and where it was not.
How quickly can someone come out?
Emergency calls are answered around the clock. Planned inspections are scheduled around the building's hours.
